he ordinary meetings of Pillerton Hersey Parish Council will be on the third Tuesday of every other month and will start at 7:00 pm unless otherwise stated. The agenda and minutes for each meeting will be published online as the documents become available:

• 16th September 2025, at the Church of St Mary, Pillerton Hersey, CV35  0QH
• 18th November 2025, Pillerton Priors Village Hall, Kineton Road, Pillerton Priors, CV35 0PJ
• 20th January 2026, Pillerton Priors Village Hall, Kineton Road, Pillerton Priors, CV35 0PJ
• 17th March 2026, Pillerton Priors Village Hall, Kineton Road, Pillerton Priors, CV35 0PJ
• 19th May 2026 – to include the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council, at the Church of St Mary, Pillerton Hersey, CV35  0QH

The venue and time will always be stated clearly on the agenda, which will be posted on the village noticeboard (on the Kineton Road/Oxhill Bridle Road junction next to the postbox).

All meetings are open to the public. Time is always set aside for members of the public to address the council on any matters of concern they may have regarding items on the agenda.
